You don't need to refresh the page constantly — the status updates automatically as our team processes, prepares, and delivers your cannabis products. This means you can go about your day and check in whenever it's convenient, or keep the page open to watch the progress unfold.
Status Timeline
Every order goes through a clear set of stages, and you can see exactly where yours is:
- Pending — your order is placed
- Confirmed — we've accepted it
- Ready — your order is packed and waiting for pickup
- On the Way — your order is heading to you
- Delivered — you've got it
Each step is shown on a visual timeline with timestamps so you know exactly when things happened. Most orders move from pending to confirmed within a few minutes during normal business hours. The "ready" status typically appears 15-30 minutes after confirmation, depending on order size and current volume. Once your driver picks up your order, you'll see it switch to "on the way," which is when you should start getting ready to receive your delivery.
Text Notification
You'll get a text message when the driver is close — usually about 5 minutes out. That's your heads-up to be ready at the door. Make sure the phone number on your account is current and can receive SMS messages. If you don't receive the text but see your order is "on the way" in your profile, your driver is still coming as scheduled. The text is just a courtesy heads-up to make the handoff as smooth as possible.
Estimated Delivery Time
When you browse our menu and place an order, you'll see an estimated delivery window based on your location and current demand. Typical delivery times in Miami range from 30 to 60 minutes, though this can vary during peak hours or in areas farther from our dispatch location. The tracking system gives you a more precise picture as your order progresses. If you're ordering during busy times — evenings, weekends, or right after work hours — expect deliveries to trend toward the longer end of that window. Planning a specific time? Place your order with a buffer to account for traffic and volume.
After Delivery
After your order arrives, you can leave a rating and tip your driver directly from the order page in your profile. Your feedback helps us maintain high standards and recognize drivers who go above and beyond. Tipping is always appreciated and goes directly to the person who brought your order to your door. You can also review the products you purchased, which helps other customers make informed decisions when they're shopping.
