Yes, you can follow your order's progress from the moment you place it until it arrives at your door.
How Tracking Works
Once you place an order, you can check its status anytime in your account. Head to your order history in your profile, open the order, and see exactly where things stand.
Status Timeline
Every order goes through a clear set of stages, and you can see exactly where yours is:
- Pending — your order is placed
- Confirmed — we've accepted it
- Ready — your order is packed and waiting for pickup
- On the Way — your order is heading to you
- Delivered — you've got it
Each step is shown on a visual timeline with timestamps so you know exactly when things happened.
Text Notification
You'll get a text message when the driver is close — usually about 5 minutes out. That's your heads-up to be ready at the door.
After Delivery
After your order arrives, you can leave a rating and tip your driver directly from the order page in your profile.
