What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently offer two ways to pay for your order: cash on delivery and Stonies wallet balance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Our most popular payment method. When the driver arrives with your order, you pay in cash. Simple as that. No pre-payment required, no card on file needed. You see your products, hand over the cash, and you're done.

We recommend having exact change when possible, though our drivers do carry some bills for making change. For larger orders, it's helpful to prepare your payment ahead of time so the handoff is quick and smooth. Cash on delivery keeps things simple and private — there's no digital payment trail, and you maintain complete control over when and how you pay.

Wallet Balance

If you have funds in your Stonies wallet, you can use them to pay for your order at checkout. Wallet balance accumulates through cashback rewards on previous orders. It's a great way to save — your past orders help pay for future ones.

You can check your current wallet balance anytime by logging into your account. At checkout, you'll see the option to apply your available balance toward your order. If your wallet balance doesn't cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining total in cash when the driver arrives. This combination payment method gives you maximum flexibility.

Credit/Debit Cards

Card payments are coming soon. We're working on adding credit and debit card support to make checkout even more convenient. Stay tuned.

Tipping

Tips are always appreciated but never required. Our drivers work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. If they did a great job, a tip is a nice way to show it. You can tip in cash at the door.

Many customers ask what's appropriate — typically 10-20% of your order total is a generous way to say thanks, but any amount is appreciated. Tips go directly to your driver and help support the people who make your convenient cannabis delivery possible. If you're paying with wallet balance, just have some cash ready if you'd like to add a tip.

Pricing Transparency

The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. Delivery is always free, and there are no hidden fees or surcharges. What you see at checkout is exactly what you owe.

Unlike some delivery services that add service fees, delivery charges, or busy-time premiums, Stonies keeps it straightforward. When you browse our menu, the listed prices are final. This makes it easy to budget and shop confidently without worrying about surprise costs appearing at the last step.

Promo Codes and Discounts

If you have a promo code or discount, enter it at checkout before confirming your order. Your discount will be applied immediately, and you'll see your new total reflected in the order summary. Promo codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed, so make sure to add any codes you have before hitting that confirm button.

We regularly offer promotions for first-time customers, seasonal deals, and special rewards for loyal customers. Keep an eye on your email and our site for the latest offers that can help you save even more on your favorite products.

Order Total

Your full order total — including products and any discounts or promo codes — is shown at checkout before you confirm. That's the amount you'll need in cash (or wallet balance) when the driver arrives.

We recommend double-checking your order total before confirming, especially if you're planning to pay with exact cash. Your order confirmation email will also include the total amount due, so you'll have a reference point before the driver arrives.
