Place your order like normal, using the hotel or rental address. When the driver arrives, they'll contact you and you can meet them in the lobby, at the entrance, or wherever is most convenient. Quick handoff, no hassle. The entire process works exactly like ordering to a home address — you browse our menu, add items to your cart, enter your temporary Miami address, and we handle the rest. Our drivers are experienced with hotel and vacation rental deliveries and know how to make the process discreet and efficient.

Hotels

We deliver to hotels throughout Miami-Dade and Broward. South Beach, Brickell, Downtown, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale — wherever you're staying. Just meet the driver in the lobby or outside. We can't deliver to your room directly, but the lobby meetup takes 30 seconds. Most hotels in Miami are accustomed to guests receiving deliveries, so there's nothing unusual about meeting someone in the lobby. If your hotel has specific delivery protocols or a concierge desk, just let us know in the order notes and we'll coordinate accordingly. For high-rise hotels, we recommend meeting near the main entrance or in a clearly marked lobby area to make the handoff as smooth as possible.

Airbnb & Vacation Rentals

Staying at an Airbnb or rental house? Even easier. We deliver right to the door just like a regular residential delivery. Just make sure someone's there to receive it. Private vacation rentals are often the most convenient option because you have complete privacy and flexibility. Whether you're in a condo building in Brickell, a beach house in Miami Beach, or a rental apartment in Coconut Grove, we treat it like any residential address. If your rental has a gate code or specific access instructions, include those details in the delivery notes when you place your order.
