What Are Your Delivery Hours?
We're open for delivery every single day from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight). Yes, that includes weekends, holidays, and everything in between.
Last Order Cutoff
The last orders go out at midnight. If you order by then, we'll still get it to you that night. After midnight, you'll need to wait until 9 AM the next morning. So if you're a night owl, don't wait too long.
Keep in mind that placing an order right before midnight doesn't mean it'll arrive at 12:01 AM. Delivery times depend on your location and current demand, so we recommend ordering at least an hour before you need your products to ensure same-day delivery.
Holidays
We keep the same hours on holidays. Christmas, New Year's, Fourth of July, 4/20 (obviously) — we're delivering. Hours might shift slightly on rare occasions, but we'll post any changes on our site and social media ahead of time.
Some of our busiest days are actually holidays, when people are gathering with friends or relaxing at home. If you're planning to order on a major holiday, we recommend placing your order earlier in the day or using our scheduled delivery feature to lock in your preferred time slot before things get hectic.
Best Times to Order
Want the fastest delivery? Here's a pro tip: mornings and early afternoons tend to be the quietest. Order between 9 AM and 2 PM and you'll often get your delivery on the quicker end of the estimate. Evenings (especially Friday and Saturday nights) are our busiest times, so expect slightly longer waits during peak hours.
Weekday mornings are particularly smooth. If you work from home or have flexible hours, ordering mid-morning means you'll likely see our driver within an hour. You can browse our menu ahead of time so you're ready to order right when we open.
Scheduled Deliveries
Don't want to worry about timing? Use our scheduled delivery option. Pick a time window that works for you — today or tomorrow — and we'll show up when you want us to. It's great for planning ahead or making sure you're home.
Scheduled deliveries are especially helpful if you have a busy schedule or want to coordinate delivery with your lunch break, after work, or any other convenient window. When you schedule in advance, you also get first priority during that time slot, which means more reliable timing even during our busier hours.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Typical delivery times range from 30 to 90 minutes depending on your location in Miami and how many orders we're handling. During slower periods, you might see us in 30-45 minutes. During peak times (think Friday evenings or holiday weekends), it might stretch closer to 90 minutes.
We'll give you a delivery estimate when you place your order, and you can track your driver once they're on the way. If something's running longer than expected, our team will keep you updated. We're all about transparency — no one likes being left in the dark waiting for their delivery.
What If You're Closed When I Need Something?
We get it — sometimes you realize you're out at 2 AM. While we can't deliver outside our hours, you can still place an order through our site for delivery the next morning. Get your order in, select a 9 AM time slot if you're in a rush, and we'll be there right when we open. Think of it as pre-ordering your morning relief.
Late Night?
If it's after midnight and you're looking for delivery, we unfortunately can't help until morning. But the good news is we open at 9 AM sharp — so set an alarm and be our first order of the day.
